Learn to Meditate

I used to believe that I could not learn to meditate because I had a very busy mind (thanks to a diagnosis of ADD in my early 30's). However, I learned that this is a myth and so today years later, I have an established daily practice that proves to be amazingly beneficial in my life.

Daily meditation practice quickly rid my physical pain and lessened anxiety associated with a diagnosed chronic illness (MS). It has improved my focus and concentration, awakened me spiritually, and provided me with an overall wonderful sense of well-being.   I believe if meditation can do all that for me then why can't it do the same for others.  So, my mission is to offer meditation classes to teach you how simple and easy the practice of meditation can be and how beneficial it can be to your life.

Meditation is a wonderful practice that you can experience anytime, anywhere, and is a great investment in your well-being.  If you don't know how to do it don't worry you are not alone.  I will help you develop the confidence to practice every day.
